Live, Learn, Thrive and Remember to Enjoy Summer

A month ago I posted about the need to keep growing professionally.

Well, now it's official: I've signed on to be an instructor at Wisdify - a company whose mission it is to help businesses improve their employees' skills and performance, increase value and "dominate the world" through online courses.

And their focus is on young professionals...you know, millennials.

I believe in millennials, I teach them and work alongside them.  I don't believe in stereotypes - like that millennials lack professional loyalty, are lazy or entitled. I believe with a commitment by employers in their skills millennials bring energy, creativity and productivity no other generation can in this changing world.  That's Wisdify's belief too and I'm excited to be their first "soft skills" instructor.

Look for my negotiation course within the next 10 months, then conflict communication, then managing bias in the workplace, and then who knows? It's just the beginning and our collaborative mission is to prepare tomorrow's leaders.

And while I'm doing that, I'll still be Ombudsing at Wesleyan University, teaching at Emerson College and doing all of the other fixerrr work I've been doing for the past 3 years...being busy is a good thing.

I'll post links when my courses launch and if you want to check out Wisdify sooner you get 20% off a monthly subscription by using this code:
